Floyd O. Wilder is an Enterprise Certified Professional Accountant, a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a
member of The Sleeter Group of Accounting Software and Technology
Experts. He began his career as a staff accountant with the
international accounting firm of Ganz, Brenner, Lustig, Oken, and
Anderson in Palm Beach , Florida . He is a former Certified General
Contractor, Licensed Mortgage Broker and Class D Insurance Licensee.
He has over 35 years of professional accounting and real-world,
hands-on Business Management and Advisory experience, and served as
Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest Construction
Conglomerates in Florida , as well as, Chief Executive Officer of Floyd
O. Wilder CPA., P.A. He presently serves as founder and Chairman of
the Board of Enterprise Consulting Professionals, P. A., where he and
his team provide guidance on the strategic direction of Accounting,
Tax, Banking, Wealth Management, and overall business development to
individuals and business organizations.
Mr. Wilder is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University , has a BBA in
Accounting, and is engaged in advanced degrees in International
Entrepreneurship. His mission is to assist for-profit and non-profit
organizations with their management systems and procedures based on the
practices of world class organizations. Years of experience and
thousands of engagements have proven that adopting and implementing
this time tested, controlled managerial philosophy will allow any
organization to systematically avoid the path of mediocrity or worse,
catastrophic failure, that plagues over ninety-five percent of all new
companies within their first five years of inception.
Mr. Wilder is a life-time resident of Palm Beach County , Florida ,
with a deep love and respect for life, family, nature, and outdoor
adventure. He is an avid snow skier, wilderness hiker, white water
canoeist, and a Charter Life Member of the Florida Wildlife Federation,
as well as a member of the National Parks Conservation Association, and
The American Hiking Society. He is an eternal optimist with an
insatiable thirst for knowledge and the endless pursuit of excellence
in the entrepreneurial spirit.
Mr. Wilder has three sons and five grandsons. He resides in West Palm
Beach , Florida with his beloved Bearded Collie, Hank Forest Thomas.
